Descending from the mountains of South-Eastern Kentucky comes the most dreaded Christmas Character of all-The GRINCH! Led by Max his fearless dog, and accompanied by Elders and Stakeholders of Prestonsburg HealthCare, the Grinch rolled through the annual downtown Christmas parade. With hundreds lined up on South Lake Drive, the entire parade was an amazing adventure!
