I Love Boston

“I Love Boston” says Jack Endicott one of three elders from Prestonsburg HealthCare who went on vacation on August 22nd -26th. Along with Jack were Opal Gibson, and Frank Whitt, they flew out of Louisville, KY and made their way to Boston, Massachusetts.

During their time in Boston they had the opportunity to visit many historic and fun filled places. At beautiful Fenway Park they watched the beloved Red Sox and enjoyed all the ballpark food they could eat. They took a pleasant ferry ride across historic Boston Harbor with lunch at WahlBurgers Restaurant seen on the A/E TV Show Wahlburgers.

The group, which consisted of elders and stakeholders from five different homes, toured downtown Boston and visited the 75,000 square foot New England Aquarium.  The highlight for some was having dinner at the Cheers Diner made famous on the hit TV show “Cheers”.  The trio of elders that went all said it was the time of their life and a memory they will never forget.
