Greg Stumbo, Speaker of the Kentucky House of Representatives and former state Attorney General, recently sent a letter recognizing the Elegant Dining program at Signature’s Prestonsburg HealthCARE Center. Prestonsburg Health Care Center and Riverview Health Care Center would like to honor the activity professionals in all 65 facilities throughout the Signature HealthCARE community during National Activity Professional Week January 18, 2009 through January 23, 2009! Debra Williamson, Activities Director at Prestonsburg, and the activities team are dedicated to enrich the daily lives of residents at the facility. Activity professionals provide a variety of programming related to community involvement, mental stimulation, community service, physical well being and all types of activities to maintain normal life pursuits for the elderly.
